Private Office
A 500 square metre bespoke office interior in central Brighton.
We took a 'sick office' and transformed it into a functional workplace with a strong design assertion. millimetre's role - 'start to finish' and all inclusive; from the the initial design concept through to production and installation. millimetre project managed the entire works.
millimetre worked closely with the clients, Ready 2 Invest, to ensure the finished works aligned with the company's ethos, working practices and direction. Recognition of business needs and style were key drivers within the design process.
Key elements of the works:
Infrastructure: internal walls, meeting rooms, calm spaces, kitchen/dining area
Furniture: window seats, 'diplomatic desking', reception desk/coffee bar, product specification, 'diplomatic desking' “ common framework enabling different work tops and screens to be used. Staff involvement combined with a need for common design theme throughout were the key drivers behind the design, bespoke 3.6 metre diameter fumed oak and glass reception desk / coffee bar, bespoke glass and stainless steel coffee tables
